Tension control: Rewinding tension use three motor automatic calculation system. It can balance the tension. Winding tension can choose magnetic powder brake and automatic constant tension control. Cutting mechanism: Use up and down circular knife cutting. Precision control use precision shim control. Transmission mechanism: Main transmission motor and rewinding motor transducer realize transmission exchange calculation. Rewinding mechanism: Use front and back shaft rewinding. The theory is centre and surface rewinding. The rewinding shaft can choose flatulence axis, slip frequency axis and special iron axis.
