The adhering wheel adopts silica gel wheels, the distance between wheels and adhering tension are under the control of cylinders for automatic adjustment.3). The heating wheels on the adhering wheel pass the testing of static balance, after adherence of basis materials, finish the adhering of different materials via heating.4). The large diameter of upper and lower adhering wheels and enlarging the touch surface of basis materials could improve adherence results, featured of smooth surface, fineness, no looseness or goffer, automatic length calculation of meter clock.5). The motor adopt frequency converter for speed adjustment for stable running.
